Enhanced Volunteer Management

Expansions to the volunteer management process provide users with more flexibility and confidence in the safety and security of their schools without sacrificing community engagement.

  • New Volunteer Specific User Roles: District and Building Volunteer Coordinator roles provide increased flexibility for schools managing Volunteer activity by granting users with both building level and district wide volunteer management access depending upon the needs of the school.
  • Driver’s License Scanning: Streamline the event check-in/check-out by allowing volunteers the option to scan Drivers License, event registration QR code, or volunteer email address.
  • Updated Event Creation Workflow: Experience more flexibility and creativity in creating events with a rich text editor, the ability to create events for off-campus visits, and the ability to upload volunteer visits after-the-fact when access to VM is not available during off-site or after-hours events, ensuring users can maintain accountability of Volunteers no matter when or where a visit takes place.
