Family Reunification Guide
Families and communities throughout our nation expect schools to provide a safe and secure learning environment for students. To meet this critical requirement, schools must develop thorough emergency operation plans with an emphasis on reunification planning, in collaboration with first responders, to reunite students and staff with their families in the event a school is closed or unexpectedly evacuated due to a man-made emergency or a hazardous situation.
